Description: Peptone, bacteriological grade; similar to BactoPeptone, (Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin) is a growth peptone used to cultivate most non-fastidious microbes. Low in cystine and tryptophane. Carbohydrate free.

Usage: May be used in fermentation and expression studies.
