powder (Lenox L Agar)

Usage: Maintain and propagate E. coli.

Formula (1L):
Tryptone(Peptone 140), 10g
Yeast Extract, 5g
NaCl, 5g
Bacteriological Agar, 12g

Preparation:
1. Suspend 32g in 1L of distilled water
2. Bring to a boil while stirring
3. Autoclave for 15 min at 121° C
4. Cool and Pour

Storage: Room Temperature
